I assume all risks and hazards, incident to such participation at all ARTS campuses and/or partnering/collaborating locations, including transportation to and from Arts for Rural Texas activities, programs, and events. I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Arts for Rural Texas, located at 114 North Live Oak Street in Fayetteville, Texas, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, directors, board members, volunteers, instructors, counselors, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns, from any claims, suits, and/or actions of any kind for liability, damages, compensation, fees, and/or related costs.

Discipline Policy *

At ARTS, we strive to provide quality programs for the children in rural Texas. It is important that everyone involved has the best experience. Students are expected to make positive behavior choices that promote their safety and the safety of others, so the creative environment can thrive. Arts for Rural Texas reserves the right to refuse service to any student unwilling to follow these expectations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
