Legacy & Bequest
Planned Giving for the Future of ARTS
Including Arts for Rural Texas in your estate plans is a meaningful way to care for future generations. Through a simple gift in your will, trust, or life insurance, you help ensure that children in our rural communities continue to experience the joy, creativity, and opportunity that the arts provide. Your legacy lives on in every child we serve.
How to Make Your Gift
Contact ARTS
Help us prepare to fulfill your legacy. Notifying us of your intent and communicating your wishes prepares us to steward your planned gift. Contact us directly at info@artsforruraltexas.org or call (979) 378-2113 to start the conversation.
Define Your Gift
Arts for Rural Texas is available to work in partnership with you to create your philanthropic legacy. We’ll help you focus your vision by clarifying the areas of our organization that are most important to you. We’ll also suggest which types of programs are best suited to achieve the impact you hope to make and draft a legacy fund agreement to document your wishes. You will receive special recognition to inspire the next generation of philanthropists, or you may opt out to remain anonymous.
Contact Your Professional Advisor
Your professional advisor can help you decide the best type of gift to fund your legacy. Gift types include gifts in wills or trusts, beneficiary designations, life insurance, and personal property. Your professional advisors will also create or update any legal documents associated with your gift.
If you would like more information or have questions about how to include ARTS in your plans, we invite you to reach out. We’re here to help guide you every step of the way. We would be happy to talk through your options, provide sample language for wills and trusts, or work alongside you and your advisor to make the process simple and meaningful.
