2026 ArtWalk Food & Beverage Vendor Application

Important Dates & Deadlines:

  • April 1: The food & beverage application will close at 11:59 PM.

  • April 3: Notification of acceptance.

  • April 10: Vendor fee and proof of licensing and insurance due.

Space & Setup Information/Requirements:

  • This event is held on the Fayetteville, Texas town square.

  • Electricity is NOT provided.

  • Water and wastewater/greywater access is NOT provided.

  • Vendors must be fully self contained.

Licensing & Insurance (Required Upon Acceptance):

  • Valid Texas food permit or registration (if applicable)

  • Local health department permit (if applicable)

  • Proof of general liability insurance naming Arts for Rural Texas (ARTS) as additionally insured

  • Valid TABC license or permit (if applicable)

Vendor Fees:

  • If accepted, vendors are required to pay a non-refundable $50 fee.

Alcohol Service Requirement:

  • All alcohol must be served strictly under the vendor’s own valid TABC license or permit. Arts for Rural Texas does not provide alcohol permits, insurance, or shared liability. Vendor is solely responsible for compliance with all TABC laws.
