The $35 jury fee is non-refundable, regardless of acceptance status.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Applicants must create 100% of all work displayed. Any work created by a person other than the exhibitor, or any mass-produced items, are unacceptable for exhibit. Arts for Rural Texas has the right to reject any work that does not fall within the spirit of the requirements.
All work must be original in concept and design. Work may not be copied from another artist’s photographs or artwork, in part or whole, with or without rights/permission, and may not reproduce stock images or AI-generated art. Art created from kits, templates, or patterns not originally designed by the exhibiting artist is not permitted.
Reproductions may be displayed only in portfolios or bins, not hung on walls, and must not exceed 20% of the exhibited work. (Does not apply to printmaking category).
All work must be for sale, with prices clearly displayed on all items. Arts for Rural Texas does not take a commission on any sales.
Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting the appropriate sales tax. Information is available through the Texas State Comptroller. All exhibitors will be required to have a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit.
Each exhibitor is responsible for the sale of his/her work and must be present during the entire show. No agent or representative may manage the booth in place of the artist.
ArtWalk is a rain or shine event. Please come prepared for all weather conditions.
No pets allowed. Please leave your furry friends at home.
Festival management and security personnel reserve the right to remove any individual from the event grounds at any time. Engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the festival without warning. Any exhibiting artist expelled from the event for behavioral violations forfeits all jury fees and booth fees, or the right to apply to future festivals.
Failure to comply with exhibitor requirements will result in expulsion from the festival. No exceptions. Final interpretation of these requirements will be at the discretion of Arts for Rural Texas.
