America the Beautiful
In honor of the United States’ 250th anniversary, ARTS invited artists to reflect on the people, places, history, and ideas that have shaped our nation. America the Beautiful celebrates the diversity, complexity, and evolving story of the American experience, from its founding to the present day. This collection of work explores historic events, cultural traditions, iconic landscapes, everyday life, national symbols, and personal narratives that speak to the spirit of America.
The America the Beautiful Competition is generously underwritten by Mary Le Johnson.
