Art After School
ARTS offers three semesters of Art After School a year. In the Art After School Program, children create, learn and play at one of our 16 classes across 6 school districts. Two sessions are held twice a week in  La Grange, Sacred Heart, Round Top, St. Rose of Lima, Weimar Elementary and once a week in Fayetteville, Boys & Girls Club in Schulenburg, Schulenburg Elementary, Boys & Girls Club in Weimar, St. Michael's and Flatonia.

Students from 1st to 12th grade learn the importance of art in their world and experience the positive values and the confidence that comes from trying new, creative and exciting activities. No one is excluded from attending our classes. ARTS is committed to supporting local artists by hiring them to instruct in our programs. This program has grown from two classes serving a few students to multiple classes serving over 1,000 children per year.

There is no charge to the students or the schools.

Funded in part by Texas Women for the Arts
